            Requirements of also more demanding clients who want to live dignified and harmonious life satisfies a new barrier-free three storey building with lift. Bearing in mind the needs of disabled inhabitants or those with walking difficulties the building and surroundings are equipped with barrier-free exits, so they can move freely by using wheelchairs or together with the assistance of our personnel, who perceives its job as a mission and their whole approach is resident-orientated, still bearing in mind to treat our clients with all the respect, love, esteem and humbleness they deserve.

With regard to safety of our residents premises are kept closed and their free movement within is subject to the attending personnel’s approval. Newly furnished single and twin bedrooms are equipped with adjustable lifting electric beds, bedside tables with lamps, armchairs, tea tables, wardrobes, coat racks and pictures on the walls. Floors are made of high quality linoleum with various pastel colors. Windows are shaded with blinds, tasteful curtains and they can be furnished according to individual needs of every client. Bedrooms include comfortable sanitary fittings, i.e. they are fully equipped with sink, toilet, shower, mirrors, cabinets, electric heating and handgrips. Each bedroom has its own LCD TV, radio and a small fridge for personal usage; its content being subject to the personnel’s control.

Illumination of the bedrooms and fresh breeze is supported by the barrier-free access to their self-contained spacious balconies with a remarkable view at the lake and town of Senec.
